Currently there is a bill in the U.S. House and Senate called the Family Act which creates a tax credit for the out-of-pocket expenses of IVF and fertility preservation. Urge Congress to pass the Family Act. Please follow this link for more information.

Thanks to the availability of effective fertility procedures, single women or men have an excellent  chance of achieving their dream of becoming a parent.

There are also legal challenges that can affect the rights of single parents. We work with many local community organizations and lawyers to ensure that all legal, ethical and medical concerns are appropriately addressed for each of our patients.
