Erlynn Gill Haberman, RNC, MSN
Director of Nursing, ASC / King of Prussia
Erlynn has a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing from the University of Delaware and a Masters degree in Health Care of Women from the University of Pennsylvania. Erlynn served as IVF Nurse Coordinator at Albert Einstein Medical Center for seven years before joining Dr. Freedman at Northern Fertility and Reproductive Associates – now RMA. Erlynn is certified in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility Nursing. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau, National Honor Society for Nurses, the American Society of Reproductive Medicine ( ASRM) and American Practitioners for Infection Control (APIC). Erlynn contributes over 28 years of experience in infertility nursing to the practice.
Jen Hanna RN, BSN
Director of Clinical Services / King of Prussia
Jen graduated from Temple University in 2005 with a Bachelors of Business Administration and a certification in Human Resource Management. After working in Sales and Marketing for a few years, she decided to change career paths. In 2009, she graduated from Villanova University with a Bachelors of Science in Nursing. Jen joined the RMA team in June of 2010. Jen is an active member of ASRM, is BLS and ACLS certified, and is certified in Reproductive Endocrinology.

Jill is a graduate of Temple University’s School of Nursing. She is very excited to be a part of RMA’s team and work in the field of infertility nursing.
Kelly Graves, RNC, MSN, CNM
Nurse Practitioner
Kelly has been working in Women’s Health her entire nursing career. She graduated with her BSN from Thomas Jefferson University in 1978, and entered the Army Nurse Corps where she became an OB-GYN Nurse Practitioner. She left active duty to obtain her Masters of Science in Nursing (Nurse Midwifery)at the University of Pennsylvania. Kelly continued in the Army Nurse Corps Reserves for another ten years, retiring as a Major in 1995. Kelly came to the field of infertility in 1992 when she joined The Women’s Institute/ Pennsylvania Reproductive Associates(PRA). There she worked in all aspects of IVF and Third Party Reproduction . When PRA closed in 2007, Kelly joined Reproductive Science Institute(RSI) in Wayne, PA as a nurse practitioner working closely with IVF patients at Valley Forge Surgical Center. Kelly is very excited to be part of the RMA-Philadelphia team where team work, patient support and advocacy are embraced. Kelly is nationally certified in Women’s Health Care and in Reproductive Endocrinology, and an associate member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine. She has given lectures on Third Party Reproduction at national conferences, spoken about fertility preservation for oncology patients at Oncology nursing conferences, and was the Joan Jack Guest Lecturer, sponsored by Serono, at the European Society of Reproductive Medicine Annual Meeting in Madrid, Spain in 2003. Kelly is very excited to be part of the RMA-Philadelphia team.
Denise Cunningham, RN

Denise is a graduate of the School of Nursing at the Medical College of Pennsylvania. She has been part of RMA (formerly Northern Fertility) since 1991, and has extensive experience in OB-GYN nursing.
Arieanne Miller, RN
Arieanne graduated from St. Cloud State University in 2001 with a Bachelor’s in Community Psychology. She returned to school to pursue her childhood dream to be a nurse and graduated in 2010 from Gwynedd Mercy School of Nursing. She joined RMA clinical staff in October 2012 and is thriving in the world of infertility. She truly enjoys her role of assisting, educating and coordinating patient care.
Katie Gullotti, BSN
Katie received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University in 2010. Katie previously worked in Dermatology for 2 and half years and is excited to be starting in the field of infertility.
Marianne Kearney, RNC
Marianne has been working in the field of infertility since 1991. She received her certification in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility nursing in 1994. Marianne has worked in all aspects of IVF, served as Third Party Reproduction Nurse Coordinator for 9 years and has experience in GYN nursing.
Tyneka Turner, RN
Tyneka is a graduate of Aria Health School of Nursing and is currently pursuing her BSN at Penn State University. Tyneka is new to the world of infertility and enjoys assisting doctors and interacting with patients in our surgery center and clinical offices during such an intimate time. She is passionate about women’s health and hopes to soon be certified in this field.

Betty joined the team in 2007 as our Lab Supervisor. With over 30 years of lab experience, she has dedicated 13 years specifically to the field of fertility. Betty attended Montgomery County Community College and is a certified MLT(ASCP). Betty is extremely knowledgeable and is truly an asset to our practice.
Melody Schwab MT (HEW)
King of Prussia
Melody works both in our laboratory as a certified Medical Technologist as well as with our nursing staff as a Medical Assistant. She has over 30 years of experience working as a laboratory scientist in hospital laboratories, clinical laboratories, and physician’s practices. Melody joined our team in 2007, however, she has worked with Dr. Gutmann and Dr. Gocial since 2003. Melody is extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of her field and maintains a fantastic rapport with both patients and coworkers.
Our office team (administration, office assistants, medical records and billing) is dedicated to addressing each patient’s special needs throughout their medical treatment at RMA. Our support staff is here to answer all of your questions from insurance issues to appointment commitments.

Janice has been with RMA for over 14 years, assisting patients in coordinating IVF treatment cycles. She is an expert in insurance verification for IVF services and in helping guide patients through the complex financial issues associated with IVF treatment.

Jeanne Walters, BS, ELD(ABB)
Jeanne Walters is the Director of the Embryology Lab. She has been working in the field of assisted reproduction since 1988 and received her certification as Embryology Lab Director through the American Board of Bioanalysts in 2003. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine and the Delaware Valley Reproductive Biologists Group.
Sherri Rice, TS, BA
Sherri is one of our extremely talented Embryologist’s in our Surgery Center located in King of Prussia. She has been with us for a total of 9 years and has over 25 years of experience in IVF. Attending Cedar Crest College in Allentown, Sherri graduated in 1982, and soon after started her work in IVF. Sherri has her Technical Supervisor accreditation from AAB. We are very lucky to have Sherri on our team.

Michele Haas is the most recent addition to our talented embryology team. Michele graduated from Beaver College with a BA in biology in 1991. She has more than 20 years experience working in IVF/Infertility. She is a member of the American Society of Reproductive Medicine.
